The first-ever IAAA GRAND OPEN CUP SERBIA has officially come to an end, bringing together the aerial gymnastics’ community for a truly historic weekend in Serbia.
More than 100 athletes from 11 countries came together to compete across three categories: Sport, Artistic Performance, and Amateur, showcasing strength, creativity, discipline and the incredible diversity of aerial sport.
The official Opening Ceremony was attended by the CEO of IAAA Jurijs Pilipcuks, the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Serbia Ahmed Almenhali, and IAAA National Representatives from around the world, marking an important moment in the development of aerial gymnastics as an international sport.
But beyond the results, medals and rankings, this competition was about something bigger: bringing athletes, coaches, judges and national communities together under one international standard.
This weekend, we witnessed new connections, unforgettable performances and the beginning of a new chapter for aerial athletics.
