• Athletes submit a recent performance video recorded in a studio, gym, or stage environment
• Videos recorded during competitions or championships are not accepted
• The recording must be made no earlier than one month before the official start of the Season
• Only single-camera recording is permitted without editing, cuts, or post-production
• The athlete, apparatus, and safety mats must remain fully visible throughout the performance
• Both horizontal and vertical video formats are accepted
