Who are the programs designed for?
Judges
The Judges Education Program ensures consistency, impartiality, and accuracy in judging across all IAAA competitions.
Judges receive theoretical and practical training in scoring, evaluation criteria, and conduct, followed by examination and accreditation.
Regular re-accreditation maintains alignment with updates to the IAAA Technical and Competition Rules.
Coaches
The IAAA Coach Education Program provides a standardized pathway for the training and certification of coaches worldwide.
Courses cover technical methodology, biomechanics, athlete preparation, injury prevention, and ethical coaching practices.
The program creates a unified standard of coaching excellence, ensuring that training methods and athlete care are consistent across all IAAA member nations.
Athletes
The IAAA supports athletes through education that promotes safe practice, performance enhancement, and understanding of sport ethics.
Programs include workshops, seminars, and digital learning modules focusing on technical mastery, mental preparation, and Safe Sport principles.
Athletes are encouraged to pursue continuous improvement in both performance and personal integrity.
